Pequea Valley Real Estate
Most of the land on Pequea Valley is Farm land, 65% of which is actively tilled according to the paradisetownship.org. Most of the homes and houses reside along route 30 in the villages of Paradise, Vintage, and Kinzers. Turn off route thirty and you’ll find not only beautiful farms but many single family homes built through the latter part of the 20th century along the fringe of the farms.
Pequea Valley School District
Pequea Valley School District is located on the eastern border of the Lancaster, County almost central from north to south. Kinzers, PA Gap, PA and Paradise Township, PA Leacock Township, PA and Salisbury Township are all located in Pequea Valley School District.
Pequea Valley School District is made up of these schools: Leacock Elementary School, Paradise Elementary School, Salisbury Elementary School, Pequea Valley Intermediate School and Pequea Valley High School. Pequea Valley School District is a member of Lancaster Lebanon Intermediate Unit (IU) 13.
History of Pequea Valley
Settled in the early part of the 18th century, Paradise Township remains today what was originally the largest village in the Pequea Valley School District area. Paradise was separated from Strasburg Township, PA. The entire area is mostly agrarian.
